These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the terms and conditions for the wedding photography and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by UNO DESIGN Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By applying for or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or minors who have obtained the consent of a legal representative (such as a parent or guardian). The Company reserves the right to request proof of age if necessary.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage License
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, the copyright to all content on this website (images, text, designs, etc.) and all photographs and videos produced through the Service belongs to the Company or the assigned photographer. The Company grants you a license to use the delivered photo and video data for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing on your personal social media, printing, creating albums). You are prohibited from using the data for commercial purposes, reselling it, or transferring the rights to a third party without the Company's prior written consent.
4. Data Delivery and Prohibited Actions
Photography data will be delivered in digital format via an online storage or transfer service designated by the Company. You must not distribute the provided digital content to third parties for a fee, or use or modify the content in a manner that defames the Company or damages its reputation.
5. Fees, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
Fees and payment methods for the Service shall be in accordance with the regulations separately presented by the Company (as shown in the quotation or booking site). Due to the nature of the Service, refunds are generally not accepted after the photography session has been completed. Furthermore, due to the nature of digital data products, returns or exchanges after delivery are not possible. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to customer circumstances, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our separate "Cancellation Policy."
6. Notifications and Communication
Communications from the Company to you regarding the Service will be made via email or the social media messenger service you registered, as appropriate. You agree that communications via these electronic means have the same effect as written notices.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company pays the utmost attention to safety management on the day of the shoot. However, the Company assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or loss, theft, or damage of valuables caused by the customer's negligence, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company. In addition, the Company shall be exempted from the obligation to provide the Service if photography becomes difficult due to natural disasters, transportation paralysis, changes in laws and regulations, or other unavoidable reasons (Force Majeure).
8. External Services and Links
Our website and information materials may contain links to external sites or services operated by third parties (e.g., tourist information, costume rental shops). The Company does not guarantee the content or safety of these external services.
9. Amendments to Terms and Service Suspension
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice to customers if deemed necessary. Additionally, the Company may suspend part or all of this site or Service without notice due to system maintenance, troubleshooting, or other reasons.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
