PRIVACY POLICY & CANCELLATION POLICY
UNO DESIGN Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes the following regulations
regarding the use of its wedding photography and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Part1.Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling
1. Payment Terms (Advance Payment System)
To secure your shooting date (booking confirmation), we require payment according to the following schedule:
- Booking Deposit:
A deposit of 50,000 JPY (tax included) is required within 7 days of the contract agreement.
Receipt of this payment constitutes your formal booking confirmation (securing the date).
Note: If payment is not received by the due date, your provisional reservation may be automatically cancelled.
- Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance (Total Plan Price minus the Deposit) must be paid at least 7 days prior to your scheduled shooting date.
- Payment Method:
All payments are processed via our designated online store (BASE) using a credit card. We will send you the secure payment link via email.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation due to personal circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply.
All dates and times are calculated based on Japan Standard Time (JST) (0:00).

- "Total Plan Price" refers to the full contract amount, including the deposit.
- Refunds will be made after deducting the credit card transaction fee (approx. 3.6%) and any applicable bank transfer fees.
3. Rescheduling Policy
In the event of unavoidable circumstances, rescheduling is available under the following conditions:
- Notification 14 days or more prior:
You may reschedule one time for free (to a new date within 1 year of the original booking).
- Notification 13 days to 2 days prior:
A rescheduling fee of 15,000 JPY (tax included) will be charged.
- Notification on the Day before or Day of:
Rescheduling is generally not accepted. This will be treated as a cancellation, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply based on the policy above.
4. Weather Policy
Our policy regarding weather conditions for outdoor shooting is as follows:
- Rainy Weather (Light/Normal Rain):
In principle, the shoot will proceed. We will suggest unique, atmospheric photography that can only be captured on rainy days. If you choose to cancel based on personal preference (e.g., "I only want a sunny day"), standard cancellation fees will apply.
- Severe Weather (Typhoons, Earthquakes, Heavy Storm Warnings):
If the Company determines that it is "difficult to ensure customer safety" or "impossible to shoot," the session will be cancelled. In this case, no cancellation fee will apply. You may choose one of the following options:
- Reschedule to a different date (priority booking).
- Full refund (The Company will cover transaction fees).
5. Flight & Travel Disruptions
If you are unable to visit the studio due to flight cancellations, delays, or entry restrictions, please submit proof (such as a certificate from the airline). Upon verification, we will allow you to reschedule without penalty (indefinite postponement).
However, if you wish to cancel completely (refund) instead of rescheduling, standard cancellation fees will apply.
Part2.Privacy Policy
1. Management of Personal Information
We strictly manage personal information provided by customers via input forms and email. We will not disclose or provide such information to third parties, except when a formal disclosure request is made by a judicial authority based on laws and regulations.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
To ensure that users can use our services with peace of mind, we ask for the minimum necessary personal information. We use the provided personal information only for the following purposes and pay the utmost attention to its protection:
- To provide the Company's services (photography, data delivery, product shipping, etc.).
- To send notifications, contact customers, and answer inquiries.
- To improve services and develop new services.
3. Prohibition of Disclosure/Provision to Third Parties
The Company will appropriately manage the personal information entrusted to us by customers and will not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases:
- When there is customer consent.
- When disclosing to a contractor to whom the Company outsources operations in order to provide the service desired by the customer.
- When disclosure is required based on laws and regulations.
4. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company will comply with Japanese laws and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds, and will review and improve the content of this policy as appropriate. Any changes will take effect from the time they are posted on this website.
