Support

Is English support available?

Yes, we will have English speaker on site.

What happens in case of rain?

Shootings will generally proceed even in rain. However, in cases of natural disasters or heavy rain/typhoons, we may need to reschedule or cancel the session. We will communicate with you beforehand for any changes.

When do cancellation fees apply?

Please refer to the contract signed after your reservation is confirmed, or see this page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is primarily by credit card. If you have any other preferred payment methods, please let us know.

Travel Information

Do I need to prepare a visa and documents?

No special visa documents are required for the wedding photography sessions. However, please make sure you have a valid visa to enter the country and for your stay in Japan.

Can we organize a photo shoot during our trip to Japan?

Yes, our wedding photography sessions are designed for international visitors traveling to Japan. We welcome couples from all over the world.

Reservations

When do I need to make a reservation?

We recommend making your reservation at least one or two months prior to your preferred shoot date, especially during peak seasons, such as Cherry blossom season March to May, and Autumn October and November. However, our wedding photography sessions are first come first serve basis, so we recommend you to contact us as soon as possible.

Can I change the date after making a reservation?

Yes, it is possible to change your shoot date depending on availability. Please refer to the contract signed after your reservation is confirmed, or view this page.

Shoot Day

Can we shoot at multiple locations?

Yes, depending on your selected plan, it may be possible to shoot at multiple locations. Please contact us for more details and recommendations.

How early should we arrive on the shooting day?

We recommend arriving about 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your hair and makeup session. The exact meeting time will be shared with you in advance.

How will we get to the filming location?

We primarily use public transportation, by foot, or taxis. Actual transportation costs are covered by the customer. The final “meeting point” will be shared to you after the plan is finalized.

Can I take photos with my own camera during the shoot?

Yes, feel free to take photos with your own camera or smartphone. Please don't hesitate to ask a staff member for assistance.

What is the range of dress/ tuxedo sizes?

We offer a wide range of dress/ tuxedo sizes for both dresses/ tuxedos and kimonos. Please let us know your measurements in advance so we can prepare the best fit for you.

Do I need to prepare something to wear under the kimono or dress?

We will provide all necessary underwear for both kimono and dress. You do not need to prepare anything in advance.

Hair & Makeup

Can I choose my hairstyle and makeup style?

Yes, we can discuss your desired hairstyle and makeup on site. We can also suggest what is suitable for location and your outfit.

Does the plan include hair and makeup for the groom as well?

Yes, the groom's basic hair styling is also included in the plan.

I have sensitive skin and allergies. Is it okay to bring my own cosmetics?

Yes, If you have sensitive skin or specific allergies, you may bring your own cosmetics. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, please inform your makeup artist in advance.

Is it possible to bring accessories, bouquets, or other mementos?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own accessories if you have any special items you wish to use. Please feel free to let us know in advance.
